the longest i've been
so it’s been 1 month and 21 days since i last smoked a death stick.
i hope to stay this way. all thanks to the alternative nicotine delivery device.
i’d rather have 1 ingredient (nicotine) than 4000 cancer inducing carcinogens.
wise choice? i think so too. hopefully i’ll wean off the nicotine by lowering my intake. yay me.
