This is super cool. Ok, only to me cos this is a personal achievement!
My broadband internet connection is running for 77 hours now and that is a mean feat! Why do you ask? Cos M1’s mobile broadband sucks ass, and so do our other ISPs in Singapore. I get disconnected in every session i log in to. It gets very frustating when i get disconnected after an hour, on an average - and that’s on a good day.
I discovered my Huawei dongle didn’t die on me 70 hours ago when i woke up. I left my laptop open when i went to bed that previous night. When i woke up and saw that the dongle had been connecting for the past 7 hours, i couldn’t believe my eyes. Ok laugh all you want. This sounds stupid/trivial, but to me its God sent!!! Its a miracle!! Thank buddha/jesus/muhammed!
Now i need to sync/backup my phone. Im in a dilemma. Cos i cant use the other empty usb slot cos this freaking dongle is freaking huge and it blocks the other slot. Should i not back up my phone and let this wonderful miracle to continue and see how long this pathetic mobile broadband connection of mine will last?
